Ping Media is committed to responsible business practices and promoting sustainability throughout our value chain. We believe in conducting our operations with integrity and adherence to best business practices. As a supplier or partner of Ping Media, we expect you to share these values and contribute to positive change in society. This Code of Conduct for Suppliers and Partners (hereafter referred to as the “Code”) outlines our requirements and expectations to ensure alignment with our values and commitment to sustainability. The Code is guided by internationally recognized standards, including the UN Global Compact, the UN Guiding Principles, and the OECD Guidelines, as well as the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

1.1 Suppliers and partners shall comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in the countries where they operate. In case of contradictions between the Code and applicable laws, rules, and regulations, suppliers and partners shall inform Ping Media.

1.2 Suppliers and partners shall obtain and maintain all required permits and licenses and comply with the operational and reporting requirements of such permits and licenses.

2. Responsible Business Practices

2.1 Ping Media expects its suppliers and partners to conduct business in compliance with internationally agreed standards on business ethics and adhere to all applicable anti-corruption laws and regulations.

2.2 Suppliers and partners shall not engage in or tolerate any form of corruption, bribery, extortion, fraud, or embezzlement. They shall not offer or accept any benefits to obtain undue or improper advantages.

2.3 Suppliers and partners shall respect Ping Media’s intellectual property rights and protect Ping Media’s information by safeguarding it against misuse, theft, fraud, or improper disclosure.

3. Environmental Sustainability

3.1 Ping Media expects its suppliers and partners to manage their operations responsibly in relation to the environment. They shall actively work towards reducing environmental risks and impacts associated with their supply chains.

3.2 Suppliers and partners shall adopt a precautionary approach, consider environmental impacts from a full value chain perspective, and strive to use resources efficiently and sustainably.

3.3 Suppliers and partners shall avoid or minimize waste and emissions resulting from their business activities. They shall strive to avoid and minimize impacts on the environment and ecosystems. Potential compensation and restoration measures should be considered when impacts cannot be fully avoided or mitigated.

4. Human Rights and Labor Rights

4.1 Ping Media expects its suppliers and partners to respect internationally recognized human rights, as set out in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. This includes respecting the rights of workers, affected communities, indigenous peoples, and other vulnerable groups.

4.2 Suppliers and partners shall ensure fair and equal treatment of all workers, comply with applicable labor laws and regulations, and provide a safe and healthy work environment.

4.3 Suppliers and partners shall not engage in any form of forced labor, child labor, or any other labor practices that violate human rights.

5. Continuous Improvement and Reporting Irregularities

5.1 Ping Media recognizes that suppliers and partners may be at different stages of maturity and commits to working together to achieve continuous improvement.

5.2 Suppliers and partners should promptly address any violations of the Code or equivalent standards that come to their knowledge and take appropriate actions. They should also establish mechanisms for personnel and interested parties to report concerns or violations.

5.3 Ping Media encourages open communication and protects whistleblowers who report in good faith. All reports will be handled confidentially and investigated promptly.
